Reveal seating plan
Add your guest list first — we set the poster grid from it. Then upload one image for your A1 reveal poster. The crop overlay matches that grid (white lines show gutters; the image fills the sheet underneath). Customise your name cards below, then add to cart when you're ready.
One guest per line: Name | Table (pipe delimiter — commas allowed in names). Or paste JSON: [{"name":"…","table":"…"}]. We size the grid from your list.
Grid for crop & print: 4×12 (capacity 48).
PNG or JPG, max 5MB. We'll show a crop tool for the correct aspect ratio.
After you adjust the crop, the image uploads automatically. White lines show the 4×12 tile grid and 3mm gutter centres (same as the printed poster). Align faces or features with those guides.
Changing gutter or guest count updates the grid and rescales your card designs.
