Our return policy and how to request a refund.

Return window

If your order is not personalised, you can usually change your mind and request cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions below.

How to return

Contact us to request a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide a returns reference if needed before you send anything.

Return address

We will provide the full return address when we confirm your return is eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where cancellation rights apply, we will refund standard outbound delivery charges as required by law.

Custom or personalised items

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you are usually exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This does not affect your legal rights. If a personalised item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Franchise fulfilment

Some orders are produced or delivered by local franchise operations acting on behalf of Stow Quill Ltd. Return decisions and statutory remedies are managed centrally so outcomes are consistent and fair.
