Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition where possible.
How to return
Contact us to request a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Custom or personalised items
Custom or personalised prints made to your design may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
