Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

Who we are

These terms govern use of the Bopple website and services operated by Stow Quill Ltd (company number 15671718), trading as Bopple ("we", "us").

In this policy, references to "franchise operations" mean local operational teams working within the same legal business. They may handle production and customer communications on our behalf, but your contract remains with Stow Quill Ltd unless we state otherwise in writing.

Agreement

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it — typically when we send you an order confirmation email and take payment (or arrange payment as shown at checkout). We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). We will refund any payment taken if we cancel after payment.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery and any taxes or fees are shown at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Your content and intellectual property

You must provide accurate details when ordering. You confirm that images, text, and other content you upload or supply do not infringe anyone else's rights and are not unlawful. You grant us a licence to use that content only to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse orders that contain infringing or offensive content.

Custom and personalised goods

Many products are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your normal right to cancel can be lost for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This applies once production starts or where the product cannot reasonably be resold.

This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you remain entitled to remedies required by law — including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where applicable. See our Returns page for detail. If you have a concern, contact us and we will review it fairly and promptly.

Delivery

Delivery options, times, and costs are described on our Delivery Info page and confirmed at checkout. Risk of loss passes when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

If delivery is significantly delayed because of us (and not due to incorrect details you supplied or events outside our control), you may have legal cancellation rights and refund rights under UK consumer law.

Returns

Our return and refund rules are set out on the Returns page and form part of these terms.

Nothing in our Returns policy removes or reduces non-excludable legal rights. Where law requires a refund or other remedy, we will provide it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where a higher limit is required by law.

This clause applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Website use

You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or scraping in a way that harms our systems). We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example disasters, strikes, supplier failure, or transport disruption).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also have rights in the country where you live under mandatory local law.
